The Client Co-ordinator is a key member of The Minery Ltd.’s team and reports to the Senior Manager of Client Accounts.
The Client Coordinator will become an expert on the HR4 platform and will be one of the main points of contact with the client. Not only will the Client Coordinator address short term items with the client, but they will also be responsible for taking a proactive approach with the client to determine long term needs. They stay up to date on new trends or legislation in HR and produce blogs, presentations or webinars to share this information internally and with clients. They will ensure a continued partnership with our clients.
The Client Coordinator will work with the Manager of Culture and Training to run the Wrkhub. The duties would consist of tours, opening/closing, support tickets, emails and payments. The Wrkhub is a product of The Minery and the same level of quality customer service will be delivered daily.
This position will be based out of The Minery’s Head Office, located in London, Ontario
