London, ON – HR4 Dealers, the software that connects and automates Dealership’s HR launches “Learn”. This app will allow clients to create their own content, aimed at customizing training courses for employees. Content can be tailored to each dealership or company ensuring employees receive relevant training to their workplace. Reading through generic and irrelevant training courses is a thing of the past.

“The Learn App will provide our dealers with the added value of being able to build and create their own content within the HR4 Dealers platform in addition to the content that is already provided through their subscription,” says Bri Newman, Vice President of The Minery.

Learn is a valuable resource for all compliance training such as Health and Safety, Workplace Violence and Harassment, Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) and Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). HR Users will have the ability to create custom quizzes to accompany each course and assign courses to specific people or entire locations. They will be able to construct courses with sections, chapters and include multimedia features such as cover photos, embedded PowerPoint slide decks, video links or files, downloads and links to external web pages.
