The Client Co-ordinator is a key member of The Minery Ltd.’s team and reports to the Director of Partnerships.

The Client Coordinator will become an expert on a specific platform and will be one of the main points of contact with the client. Not only will the Client Coordinator address short term items with the client, but they will also be responsible for taking a proactive approach with the client to determine long term needs. The Minery Head Office is located in London, Ontario.  This position will be based out of Toronto.

Specific Requirements:

  • Client Management
    • Regularly analyze report data and recommend activities and next steps.
    • Monitor platform activity week over week, ensuring activity is steady and report at weekly Touchpoint meetings.
    • Build a strong relationship with client and talk regularly to see progress.
    • Anticipate client needs based on data and activity and prepare recommendations to improve experience, activity, and overall results.
    • Propose short-term and long-term solutions to ensure client needs are met and will continue to be met in the future.
  • Project Management
    • Successfully implement projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget.
    • Maintain project plans as required.
    • Efficiently prepare Change Requests and Proposals as required.
    • Take notes when in meetings and recap to the client and internal partners.
    • Collaborate throughout the development and execution process, with key internal Partners.
  • Quality
    • Manage the day-to-day quality management process within assigned projects.
    • Manage the Quality Check process with the goal to have no errors in reports and data.
    • Co-ordinate with Support Team for Quality checking, including: requests, revisions.

Education:

  • University or college degree, or equivalent.
  • Human Resources Certification preferred.

Experience:

  • Experience working in a customer-facing position.
  • Experience in managing projects.
  • Must have high proficiency with computer technology.
  • Experience within the auto industry is an asset.
  • Must have a vehicle or access to a vehicle for client visits.
